Job Description

Academic Advising, the Senior Advisor for the College of Pharmacy will coordinate Undergraduate Recruitment Initiatives for the College of Pharmacy. This includes, but is not limited to: advising College of Pharmacy students, creating and updating recruitment handouts and presentations, coordinating presentations for recruitment events, and meeting with prospective students and families.Department Support: This position will lead the College’s Undergraduate recruitment and yield efforts; serve on and assist the College Recrutiment develop a strategic plan for recruitment efforts for the College; coordinate recruitment presentations; train OSS staff on recruitment and yield efforts, which may include: presentations, prospective student/family meetings, building tours; represent College at University recruitment meetings and activities; coordinate faculty and staff participation in undergraduate recruitment events; and advise the Pharmacy Ambassadors and coordinate their schedule with recruitment/yield event needs.
