Join us and start doing your life’s best work.SMThe Adaptive Portal Product Owner is primarily responsible for working directly with stakeholders to define and/or analyze their business requirements, documenting complete functional specifications, user acceptance testing, and creating mock-ups and prototypes as needed.In this role, you will contribute to the design, specifications, configuration, acceptance testing, and deployment required for successful implementation. The Product represents stakeholders in our Agile environment, acting as the voice for business users and their needs. This position works closely with Product Management to ascertain business needs and user objectives and to determine best-value options for solving problems. The PO then translates these higher-level requirements into user stories and success criteria that are granular enough to be implemented through our agile teams.The Product Owner is a valued team member in iteration planning, backlog maintenance, sprint reviews/retrospectives and product demonstrations; maintaining open communication across stakeholders so each item receives the support needed to be successful. The Product Owner’s functionality expertise is invaluable during design and launching, guiding technical, development and QA teams to making crucial functional decisions.This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
