This role independently manages the Gap Global P&L, which is a highly visible responsibility proving critical to brand leadership and decision support. We are looking for an Analyst that is detail-oriented, is a self-starter, has excellent communication skills and strong Excel modeling skills.What You'll DoManage monthly forecast and annual budget processes through communication of guidance to Regional FP&A and Global CP teams, consolidation and publish of Gap Global P&Ls and supporting documentsPartner closely with regional FP&A teams to understand forecast variances and R&O; help to identify trends and opportunitiesLean in to provide support to Regional FP&A, Corporate FP&A and other Finance teams as neededProactively strengthen current processes through tool functionality and other process optimizationSupport executive level presentations such as Brand President reviews, Investor Relations and Board of Directors communications

Expert in Excel functionality and modeling skills, knowledge of Essbase/Hyperion preferred

Experience
3-4+ years of work experience, preferably in financial analysis or related equivalent, retail industry experience a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
