Job Description

 What You'll Be Doing:Answering telephones and give information to callers, taking messages, or transferring calls to appropriate individualsGreeting visitors or callers and handling their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate persons according to their needsReceiving and responding to routine correspondenceDistributing incoming and outgoing mailMaintaining organizational files and recordsEnsuring proper functioning of office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions

Experience

1 year of experience in an administrative support customer service, or clerical roleExcellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to handle frequent interruptions, balance multiple tasks, and maintain confidentialityStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
