In this role, you will help plan and prepare for the future, both short-term and long-term. You will use your problem-solving and analytical skills to help our leaders make critical strategic and operational decisions. This role also supports the evolution of Corporate Security function through tactical implementation and execution. Additionally, this role will help with some administrative duties for the team such as scheduling, coordinating travel, and expense reconciliation.** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and based in Overland Park KS ** Job Responsibilities:Support short and long term planning initiatives through research, tracking, and building business cases. Work with all teams in Corporate Security to understand objectives, provide requirements, and project coordination to support function-wide initiatives and solutions.Deliver informative and analytical decision support to the leadership team.Track key deployments and events.Maintain broad knowledge of Corporate Security's core deliverables.Complete budget related activities, reporting, and intelligence collecting.

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field

Experience

3+ years experience in a combination of enterprise program, project management, business support or administration. This includes identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting project scope, tracking, and reporting of program performance.Experience working in or providing support to a Corporate Security program preferred.Ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues and formulate recommendations.Ability to analyze data and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
