Job Description
The Assoc Ops Sup Analyst is an entry level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Assoc Ops Sup Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.Responsibilities:Perform document collection of any/all loan documents required for various Small Business products.Ability to work 1-1 with Bankers and Credit Officers.Perform quality control checks by reviewing loan documentation for content and accuracy to verify alignment with policy and procedures.Develop and maintain a strong relationship with all Bankers (Sales Team), Credit Officers, senior leadership team, and other various internal business partners as necessary.Ability to develop a solid understanding of Citibank Commercial Banking products and services - within Business / Commercial Banking and the broader organization.Responsible for routine operational or administrative work.Day-to-day actions are focused on reviewing approved Business Banking applications with approval amounts between $1 - $10MM using defined procedures and checklists.Responsible for assisting/completing procedural updates as necessary to ensure compliance with policy and regulations.Other duties as required to support business unit and company goals.Assist in training team members on loan resources as well as provide testing assistance for production validation and host release/Continuity of Business (CoB) testing.
