High Watch Recovery Center was established in 1939 as the world’s first 12-Step treatment center. Since then, our Connecticut addiction treatment center has led thousands of individuals from the grip of alcohol and drug addiction to the freedom of recovery.Nestled in 200 wooded acres in the lush Litchfield Hills of Connecticut, High Watch Recovery Center is a residential medical facility that provides state-of-the-art treatment for Substance Abuse Disorders and co-occurring Psychiatric Disorders.We are currently launching Wilson’s Bakery and Café, located in down town Kent. The Café will be our introduction to the community and place we can share our experience and rich history.Duties and Responsibilities:Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, coffees, and specialty beveragesMaintaining, cleaning, and sanitizing work areas, and front of house in accordance with health codesExcellent customer service including describing menu items, suggesting products and taking ordersResponsible for handling cash and utilizing POSMaintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times.

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Experience preferredAbility to thrive in a fast paced environment.Must have good communication skills.Ability to go up and down stairs.Ability to work weekends and holidays.
