Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is seeking Entry-Level Quality Engineers who are passionate about problem solving, engaging with the production system and doing complex data analysis. Quality Engineers support existing production through process improvement techniques involving defect reduction, verification system design and improvements, and ensures compliance to requirements. Our quality engineers get involved in complex engineering and production challenges and have a critical role in the continuous improvement of our quality management system, products and production system. Quality Engineers (QE) work to develop, maintain and assess the Boeing Quality Management System (QMS) requirements for the production processes and design. QEs are responsible for verifying our value stream is capable of meeting the engineering requirements and our processes produce quality products. As a QE, you will work closely with other engineering functions, manufacturing and support functions to ensure compliance to our regulators and contractual requirements, while continually improving our products and processes. The Statement of Work includes being a problem-solving leader through analyzing defect data, performing analysis to support production changes, identifying and implementing improvements to quality and production processes and product designs, and leading cross-functional teams on Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) and defect reduction efforts.
