Business Assistant, Associate

Job Description

Work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and other business units within the College of Science and Pharmacy to support procurement-related functions. Responsibilities include placing orders through the university procurement system and purchasing card, reconciling credit card transactions, and serving as a resource for procurement activities. Utilize reports to monitor procurement processes and ensure compliance. Quickly learn and effectively use the department’s online ticketing system to assign, track, and support work requests, provide backup assistance as needed, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Education

Proficient in computer office applications, including handling technical data, spreadsheets, charts, equations, formulas, and T-codesAbility to manage and prioritize multiple work projects efficiently
