Job Overview – The role of People Resource Manager is responsible for the entire service of planning the time people will spend on key activities, projects, initiatives, and operations across the globe. Working with the IT Business Operations leads, Business Planners, Portfolio Owners and Resource Managers across our global team, this role will create the process for planning time, reporting, and how we’ll constantly improve our ability to align demand with resource capacity. It also includes the evolution of the service to include the ability to align skills with demand, reconcile planned and actual time; build a robust system for supply and demand alignment. The service owner will own the roadmap for tool design, implementation, development and the overall continuous improvement process. This service will enable the entire IT leadership team to plan for maximum value delivery of our most valuable resources while also enabling increased employee engagement and a well balance workload.

Experience with change management and large-scale rollout of a new processHighly organized with great attention to detail.Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.Ability to learn new tools quickly.Research skills using internet and internal resources.
