The Cash & Trade Proc Int Assoc Analyst is in Issuer Operations and will primarily support Money Markets Operations and Client Service for Agency and Trust Issuer clients.Responsibilities:Handling daily settlement of US Money Market issuance at DTC for Commercial Paper and Certificates of DepositHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation of basic securities processing procedures and industry standardsCustomer service for Issuer clients relating to settlements inquiries and issuanceProvide metrics and controls related to all activities performed as defined by internal Policies.Provide assistance regarding projects related to Issuer Services business in order to improve process and reduce risk and manual intervention.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Support implementation of securities processing improvementsDevelop and use knowledge of securities, processing practices and standardsProvide informal guidance or on the job training to lower level/new securities processing team members when requiredQualifications:3-5 years of relevant experienceOutstanding skills in the following, communications (written and verbal), leadership, analytical, team player, self-motivation, meeting deadlinesDemonstrated relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships and build partnerships across business units and key functional support areas.Demonstrated ability to manage highly critical deliverables while managing a monthly workload in a constantly changing business environment
