Yale School of Nursing (YSN) is seeking a Classroom Media and Technology Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing Office of Teaching and Learning (OTL). YSN, located on the beautiful and sprawling grounds of Yale West Campus, is conveniently located near major highways. Welcome | Yale West CampusThe Classroom Media and Technology Coordinator ensures that all classroom, A/V, and instructional technology systems are fully operational and reliable. Key responsibilities include monitoring classroom functions and specific events using remote tools such as Q-SYS UCI Viewer, IPNinjar, and Domotz to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. The coordinator identifies, addresses, and resolves technical issues to prevent downtime and maintain seamless operations. Provide comprehensive hardware and software support for faculty, staff, students, and visitors during classes, school meetings, and events. This includes routine technical support like desktop and mobile device setup, troubleshooting, and software updates.
