Job Description: The RoleFidelity Labs is looking for an experienced Relationship + Product Manager to join our Data Aggregation Team. Working across both the team that externalizes Fidelity data for its customers using outside tools and the team that integrates third party data into Fidelity, this role will be responsible for managing relationships with external data aggregators, who are both our customers and our vendors. The Relationship + Product Manager will maintain relationships with aggregator teams, triage issues, identify strategic opportunities for enhancements on both the Fidelity and aggregator sides, and establish relationships with new aggregators. You will collaborate with the development, data science, product, enterprise, legal, and procurement teams to launch, support, and continuously improve our service offering for data both internally and externally shared across the enterprise.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Able to navigate and manage technology integrations and dependencies across the enterprise as well as with third party software.Experience in defining clear and concise requirements.
Experience
7+ years skills/experience in technical product management, relationship management, and/or vendor management.
