Job Description: Role As an Implementation Communications Consultant, you will collaborate with Fidelity clients to develop the implementation strategy and then operationalize that strategy to build and deliver high-quality, efficient communications to participants primarily in the Strategic Market, with some Large/Select projects as well. You will deliver critical information to plan participants during periods of change. Your focus will be on sophisticated, new client implementations, new plan setups, corporate actions, and other large event projects.

Knowledge of Fidelity's communications offerings and capabilities for a multitude of product offeringsDisplays strong leadership and mentoring proficienciesConsultative selling skills and experienceClient servicing skills and experienceCoordinate with the client on a communication & education strategy for the project, uncovering key client priorities and needs
Education
Solid understanding of communication processes from writing and design through distribution across multiple media (print, email, internet, video)Ability to write and/or edit readable, user-friendly copy and integrate graphics to improve messageAbility to think critically and make decisions independently
