The FCFE relational-digital team fuels the future growth of Fidelity by reaching people (families) directly, researching, concepting and identifying opportunities to transform how we approach the process of wealth choices and decision-making, where we engage and deepen relationships related to the way we engage; regardless of the financial topic. As a Relational- Digital Product Business Analyst, you will be a key contributor to all stages of user experience creation for FCFEs offerings and solutions. We are looking for someone with expertise and experience in researching, experimenting, and delivering transformative digital experiences, including concepting, design, new development, improvements, maintenance, and support. The role involves continuous collaboration with our Centers thought leaders, engagement consultants, strategic partners, as well as an iterative understanding of our center approach to lead and influence new capabilities. You will join forces with the squad lead, scrum master, systems analysts, engineers, and architects to ensure our business objectives become reality in our Relational-Digital space. You will serve on multiple teams simultaneously and as a member of those who established ownership and can drive digital solutions from concept to delivery.
