The AppDynamics Marketing Team is looking for a strategic problem solver who is experienced in building demand, executing event strategies, generating pipeline and delivering value to our internal stakeholders.What You’ll do Demand Generation Strategy & Execution:Develop and execute multichannel demand generation programs to drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand-generation initiatives with overall business goals.Develop, implement, and optimize demand generation campaigns and Implement data-driven strategies to optimize lead conversion and accelerate the sales cycle.Event Planning and Execution:Lead the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, conferences, and virtual events. Manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor relationships, and on-site execution.Evaluate and recommend new event opportunities to increase brand visibility generate leads and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event strategy and execution with key partners.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and event marketing, with a focus on enterprise software (particularly for technical and business decision-makers).
