Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Office Administrator (Level C) to join our Business Support Services team in Renton, Washington. This position may require some occasional work at the Tukwila site. Our Business Support Services team is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support Executive level leaders by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and serving as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities + Skills

Education

High school diploma or GED.3 or more years of experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook.3 or more years of experience in coordinating and processing travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charge.
