WHAT YOU'LL DOAs the Global Knowledge Business Senior Director (GKBSD) of BCG's Health Care Practice Area, you will lead the Practice Area’s knowledge business by developing and driving the strategy and execution of the portfolio of knowledge assets, services, and professionals. Alongside setting the direction for the Practice Area’s Knowledge agenda, you will also be responsible and accountable for the Practice Area’s Knowledge Team and its performance, including economics (case billability, P&L), customer satisfaction, and team satisfaction KPIs. As part of this, you will be the global leader of the team; you will inspire and motivate the entire team, as well as line manage and mentor a team of senior Knowledge Team members who collectively manage the Practice’s KT.BCG’s Health Care Practice Area (HCPA) helps companies grasp the strategic implications of changes in the market environment and leverage them to build competitive advantage. The practice serves clients across the health care (HC) industry including the biopharmaceutical, medical technology, payer, provider, health care services, and global health sectors.
