Engineering Group, Engineering Group > GPU ASICS Engineering General Summary:Qualcomm’s GPU PSE team is responsible for the overall quality of the Graphics IP in silicon. As a member of our GPU PSE team, you will be working closely with architects, designers, verification, and software engineers to take the GPU tape out to SOD(silicon-On-Dock), silicon bring-up and to CS(Customer Samples). In this position, you will be responsible for improving our pre-si verification and post-silicon validation coverage, providing debug support, and driving end to end solutions for silicon bring-up issues as well as customer returns, and test methodologies as well as creating GPU bring-up test-plans that validate functional features within the GPU. We are looking for highly motivated engineers that enjoy working in a dynamic fast-paced environment with minimal guidance. Candidates must demonstrate that they have strong communication and teamwork skills and a willingness to approach difficult challenges as learning opportunities. Candidates must also enjoy the nature of debug work, including investigation, test, and resolution of post-silicon issues. Minimum Skills:GPU/CPU architecture background1+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experienceC/C++ skills required.Strong Python skillsVerification skills: Test planning, Scripting, Simulation, problem solving and debug.Functional Coverage development, design, debug experience required.
