If you want to be part of an iconic American brand, and help lead the way for where we’re headed, we’d love to have you join us.About the RoleIn this role you will develop a strategic plan to build brand equity and grow our social following by identifying and partnering with on-brand, high performing influencers and regularly engaging with our social community. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of our influencer content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, ensuring we are consistently creating and executing influencer content that increases our brand awareness, engagement and ultimately drives purchase intent. You will be responsible for building and managing our social community, providing engaging content and responding to comments and queries within our brand tone of voice.
Responsibilities + Skills
Establish engagement protocol for social comments.Create a strategy around comments and content.Contribute and help drive the annual brand planning process.Set influencer planning calendar, coordinates cross functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
Education
Partner with our influencer agency to identify and select on-brand influencers who will help to drive credibility across style, creativity, and originality.Create an influencer playbook and program that ensures consistent elevated and aspirational representation of our brand.Partner with central media team to track and analyze campaign results.
