You will support the following set of activities (but not limited to):BD initiative support (e.g. internal marketing on BCG U, pipeline tracking)Support internal activation meetings, including helping on the agenda of these meetings, preparing meeting decks, capture action items and follow-ups post-meetingsDatabase management (eg. CRM, Vendor Data), including ensuring data accuracyAssess improvement efforts on Analytics/Selected Learner AnalyticsContrbute to culture initiatives (eg. virtual ice-breakers for All Hands Meetings, End of Year Celebration) to foster engagement and team connectionUpdating Faculty materials (eg. Faculty bios)Support with internal marketing and communications efforts (eg. Win Announcements, Slack communication strategy)General operations and delivery activities (eg. mantain BCG U people roster)

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Preference to rising junior or senior working towards a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Ability to understand the importance of business processes.
