Our work focuses on three critical areas: (1) Org Design & Operating Model, (2) Talent & Skills and (3) Culture, Transformation & Change Management. We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to fill an Intern role in the People & Organization practice (POP). Under the general direction of the Global Director of the practice, the Intern will support the POP Management and Operations Team (M&O) for ~8 weeks with one or more project-based responsibilities, focused on reporting, internal and external marketing, communications, and others. The individual will have the opportunity to gain experience across different POP Topics, to collaborate with regional and global teams, and to better understand what the core business of consulting entails. The role requires a high degree of motivation and flexibility, the ability to work in a virtual management environment, and the ability to handle fragmentation.
