Our work focuses on three critical areas: (1) Org Design & Operating Model, (2) Talent & Skills and (3) Culture, Transformation & Change Management. We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to fill an Intern role in the People & Organization practice (POP). Under the general direction of the Global Director of the practice, the Intern will support the POP Management and Operations Team (M&O) for ~8 weeks with one or more project-based responsibilities, focused on reporting, internal and external marketing, communications, and others. The individual will have the opportunity to gain experience across different POP Topics, to collaborate with regional and global teams, and to better understand what the core business of consulting entails.

Members of the Knowledge Team within the POP Practice Area. The Knowledge Team are experts on the topics within the POP Practice Area (Org Design & Operating Model, Talent & Skills and Culture, Transformation & Change Management). They are responsible for the development of topic-related IP and closely support case teams on client work.
