WHAT YOU''LL DOWe are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill a Lead Knowledge Analyst (LKA) role in POP’s Knowledge Team with a focus on Organization Design & Operating Model. Acting as a direct sparring partner, you will work with consulting teams to provide training, analyses and research along all Org Design topics including operating model design, functional org design and benchmarking, org design implementation, etc. You will be expected to partner with case teams and clients as they diagnose structural challenges and seek to adopt more efficient and effective operating models and ways of working.

Education
