What You’ll do As the Content & Customer Marketing leader, you will orchestrate our content marketing initiatives across diverse platforms, drive sales engagement, support lead generation initiatives, and foster positive customer engagement. Your role demands an outstanding blend of writing and editorial skills, technological expertise, and an outstanding eye for business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and producing engaging, relevant content that draws prospects and customers to explore, purchase, use and love Cisco AppDynamics and Full-Stack Observability solutions.Content Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.Lead all aspects of the creation of compelling and high-quality content, including website content, case studies, blog posts, webinars, videos, and more, ensuring alignment with target audiences, use cases, and industry trends.Drive thought leadership strategies by collaborating with internal subject matter experts to produce insightful and authoritative content.Collaborate across key partner functions to develop an editorial calendar demonstrating relevant content across key target audiences.Develop a content discoverability and distribution strategy while ensuring the content calendar and refresh cycles will drive high discoverability.
