Job Description
The Management Intern (MI) will provide professional-level administrative support and assist with the implementation and activation of outreach initiatives related to college readiness and career exploration/readiness. This may include, but not be limited to, leading workshops/presentations, supporting the planning and activation of programs/events. This position collaborates with assigned senior staff member(s) to gain working knowledge and experience related to department administration. The ideal candidate must work well in a fast-paced, flexible environment, provide high customer service to students, the university, and external communities, be a strong team player and individual contributor; and must provide planning or project management skills and utilize strong communication skills and sound judgment at all times.

Education
Work as part of a team to support Access ASU projects and partnerships with an emphasis on implementing programming in alignment with workforce development grants.
Experience
Experience working with K-12 school systems, higher education, and/or community organizationsExperience working with diverse populationsExperience with public speaking
