This position is integral in leading a team that will prepare comprehensive reports for the TFMS service lines, enabling Sr leaders to make well-informed business decisions. The Manager, Planning & Reporting supports the development of new solutions, service improvement initiatives and the effective business and delivery management for all services within the TFMS portfolio including LAS Project Coordination. Their role is focused on support reporting and data analysis, process documentation, and quality management of the service line to proactively drive effective service delivery, administration, and delivery support.

Leads the development and delivery of high-quality reporting and analysis to support decision-making processes.Participates in strategic initiative development and management, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives.Oversees financial and resource planning reporting, driving continuous improvement in reporting formats and information integrity.
