Growing together. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the Production Management of M3P a new CMS program for Medicare beneficiariesIndividuals on the Production Management Team are the primary liaison in seeing through each request from start to finish, creating and managing timelines, tasks, deadlines and making sure that all aspects of the project are delivered on time using Workfront as the project management toolIndividual will serve as the program subject matter expert; will be required to understand the intricacies of the process flow and responsibilities of each cross-department team; provide consultation, as necessaryIndividual will coordinate with the appropriate cross-department teams and manage each step in the process and ensure quality assurance, such as, Stakeholder ReviewIndividual will provide support in Workfront system enhancements pertaining to M3P, such as, intake design, training, and reportingCollaborate with multiple working teams and to identify process enhancements to support program and Marketing Customer Operations effectiveness and growth 

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Bachelors degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education beyond a two-year college

Experience

3+ years of operational and communication experience1+ years of Workfront experienceProven self-driven, highly organized multitasker able to manage many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines, show creativity in problem solving, and exhibit intense curiosity to learn, grow, and be a part of a stellar team
