Responsibilities + Skills
Prior dairy and/or food processing and sanitation experience. Mechanical repair and maintenance experience, particularly of specialized food processing equipment, a plus.
Education
Associates degree in Food Science, and a minimum of 2-3 years practical dairy/food manufacturing experience or 5-6 years of practical dairy/food manufacturing experience, with equivalent combination of training (college, trade school or food and/or dairy processing work experience), including 2-3 years of experience performing sanitary maintenance on dairy/food processing equipment.
Experience
