Responsibilities + Skills
Education
An understanding of Regulation E and disputes processingKnowledge of payment network dispute guidelines such as ACH, ATM or debit card transactions.
Experience
2-3 years related customer service, disputes or fraud experienceStrong understanding of the customer service experienceProficient with Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
