Job Description

We are seeking a strong candidate to join the Practice Area (PA) Offer Team in the cross-PA operation team, and work on a set of high priority topics and initiatives that support the development and orchestration of BCG’s priority offers, GTM excellence and Offer Management chapter. This role involves working closely with the Executive Director of the PA Offer team, Offer Management team, and cross-PA leadership including the Functional Practice Area (FPA) Chair and PA Chief Operating Officer.Leading the BCG Client Reference Program teamBCG Client Reference program is a key cross-PA initiative and critical engine to support both commercial and external marketing activities. The Director role will consist of leading and coordinating activities supporting the strategy and execution of this program. These activities will range from:Leading strategy and leadership alignment on goals, scope and other aspects of the program.Managing a team consisting of a Senior Manager and a Senior Coordinator who are responsible for reference collection, development and sharing. You will be responsible for prioritizing our limited capacity against the highest impact efforts.
