Job Description
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team Lab Operations/Engineering Team. This role is to provide installation and administrator support for IBM Power Systems(AIX, Linux, IBMi) owned by organizations across IBM that are located in labs on the Rochester, MN campus. The main duties will be supporting remote developers as their hands on administrators to configure the systems, replace hardware components as needed, and potentially configure network solutions for the labs.

Exposure to supporting customers (internal or external) in a professional setting.Experience with Lab Safety Audit procedures.
