The ideal Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and has the ability to cultivate and grow a customer following, both digitally and in-store.Pay - This is a commission base pay structure You will earn a percentage of your sales each pay period. The average salesperson makes equivalent to $27 an hour…low end is $17 an hour and our best sellers make over $100 an hour.Shifts - Hours are based on business needs. Weekends and some evening availability is required. Shifts are normally an 8 hour shift that would start an hour before store opening and an hour after store closing.Discount - Receive a 20% off Merchandise Discount in both Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack locations and online.
Responsibilities + Skills
Build lasting relationships with customers, contact customers on new product and events and make styling appointments.
Education
Set and achieve sales goals, for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools (inclusive of text and social media).
