Overview:We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, visual merchandising, and efficient store performance.Duties:- Manage and lead a team of retail associates- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and oversee the operation of the cash register- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
