The Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group is composed of over 400 professionals who administer and advise clients on their retirement benefits. We are a part of a fast-growing business within Fidelity providing a broad range of services that touch on every area of benefits design, strategy, funding, communication, delivery, and administration. The Retirement Analyst blends deep Defined Benefit domain expertise with a passion for teamwork, innovation, and client management. This role is primarily responsible for establishing a team environment by providing direct leadership, technical expertise and workflow management to associates assigned to their defined benefit clients serviced from a consultative perspective. 

Responsibilities + Skills

Demonstrate leadership ability with self-motivation and determinationStrong mathematical and analytical skills including ability to perform complex manual calculations.Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access and working experience with data analytics

Education

Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience5-10+ years of defined benefit/pension plan administration experienceAbility to balance day to day management of several project related responsibilities and tasks including highly prioritized requests.
