We are a part of a fast-growing business within Fidelity providing a broad range of services that touch on every area of benefits design, strategy, funding, communication, delivery, and administration. The Retirement Analyst blends deep Defined Benefit domain expertise with a passion for teamwork, innovation, and client management. This role is primarily responsible for establishing a team environment by providing direct leadership, technical expertise and workflow management to associates assigned to their defined benefit clients serviced from a consultative perspective.
