The Risk Strategy and Operations (S&O) Team is dedicated to working across the broader Risk Management function and stakeholders to create a holistic strategy to carry forth and execute on the function’s vision. Additionally, the S&O team focuses on operational excellence to drive growth, scale, digitization, identify synergies, and foster a collaborative and positive culture within the Risk to maximize our teams’ engagement and value to BCG. The function aligns itself with the internal staff at BCG where each office, internal function, Managing Director and Partner (MDP), and all employees bear the responsibility for managing risk at the firm.
