If so, come build your career with us!As a Sales Strategist your primary responsibility will be supporting Fidelity 401k and multi-product solution sales. You will work closely with your Retirement Director and Regional Account Executive partners to support your team with both their ongoing advisor relationships and sales process. Your purpose is to provide support to help the selling team focus on their sales opportunities and help them achieve success more quickly. The TeamWorkplace Investing Sales is a collaborative, fast paced and exciting environment. In this role you will be responsible for supporting multiple selling teams to ultimately drive sales and grow long term relationships with plan sponsors and trusted advisors. You will have responsibility for prioritizing, organizing, and influencing business partners to improve sales execution and profitability.The Sales Strategist role will support the Sales Team selling in the 1-100M plan size. This role will serve prospective plan sponsors and advisors and is focused primarily on supporting and advancing Defined Contribution proposals from inception though the sales process to conclusion. This also includes a focus on non DC products such as Health Savings Accounts, Student Debt, Fiduciary Services and Workplace Giving, but will also assist with other products such as Personalized Planning & Advice. It requires the ability to make multitask in high volume and highly detailed environment at a critical phase of our sales process. Examples are plan pricing and fees, plan benchmarking and proposal requests.
