Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the role involves gathering business requirements, designing custom solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. With an innovative mindset, the analyst drives process improvements and enhances user experience organization-wide. Responsibilities include conducting solution analysis and design, gathering business requirements, data modeling and integration, project coordination, Salesforce administration, and providing operational support for Salesforce systems.
