The TeamThe Workplace Security Services team is part of the Workplace Customer Protection Center of Excellence and supports protecting thousands of employers and millions of participants. The team develops client-facing cybersecurity applications that help us win and retain institutional clients, as well as Authorization, B2B Security and Single Sign-On infrastructure software components that are the backbone for many of Fidelity’s web business applications including NetBenefits and PlanSponsor WebStation.As a member of the Customer Protection Center of Excellence, you will be joining a culture that is defined by how our team members work. Education
Passion for developing people by listening for need and providing opportunities to deliver and leadAdept at communicating technical solutions, risks, and business value to peers and leadership across a variety of teams in written, spoken, and presentation form
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in engineering leadership roles working with business critical, enterprise-wide applications
