Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Manager (Level M) to support the Fabrication Integrated Metals team based out of Auburn, Washington. As a member of the Senior Leadership team, you will continuously lead and develop Manufacturing Teams. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate a One BPS culture, driving a deep understanding of the One BPS principles, standards, production health and problem-solving model. We are committed to provide our team equal opportunity for growth in a stable work environment.
