This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days a week in office.Responsible for setting up and activating all Paid Search activity. Collaborate with Analytics team to define recurring paid search reporting exhibits, identify and activate ongoing optimizations. Provide search keyword research and performance insights as an input to guide SEO content strategy and coordinate with the web team to roll-out. Responsible for developing campaign specific TMUS media search trafficking strategy and tactical execution plansSet up and implement search campaign builds aligned to media plansEnsure consistency and standards are applied across campaignsReport on search KPIs and metrics for optimization and learning opportunitiesProvide upper management with relevant considerations for external customersEnsure search trafficking execution is aligned with external customer objectivesAssist with external customer collaborations on smaller campaignsCollaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e. planning team) to ensure campaign builds meet media plan requirementsCollaborate with Sr. Manager and Sr. Planner on account structure and campaign taxonomyEnsure optimizations and test & learns are fed back to next iteration of campaigns or future campaignsIdentify and communicate opportunities for improvements and optimizations to internal stakeholdersTroubleshoot day-to-day issues as they arise; call out to Sr. Manager/Sr. Planner, as needed
Responsibilities + Skills
