This role is responsible for delivering insights that enhance customer experience, accelerate growth, and improve operational efficiency. Collaborates closely with cross-functional partners, including Product Management, Data Engineering, and other key stakeholders, to analyze product metrics, uncover opportunities, and guide decision-making. Accountable for building analytical frameworks, defining key metrics, and communicating findings to executive and operational stakeholders. Within the Broadband organization, this role enables data-driven decisions by evaluating product adoption, customer behaviors, customer dynamics, and more.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Cross-functional teams to evaluate performance drivers and recommend solutions aligned to organizational OKRs and Product KPIs.Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership through compelling, data-driven presentations.
