Job OverviewThe Sr Business Analysis Manager delivers big insights and helps leaders make critical strategic and operational decisions and shape the long-term vision of T-Mobile. The Sr Business Analysis Manager is responsible for managing data systems, platforms, and tooling to support marketing efforts within T-Mobile for Business, ensuring data availability and integrity across teams to enable data-driven decision-making. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable data platforms, streamline data workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities. They also support marketing efforts by pulling and structuring data, developing automated solutions, and optimizing self-service data tools. This position also leads the design and development of reporting structures & interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be utilized across teams. They are comfortable acting as an internal data SME and know where datasets are that will answer business questions.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelor's Degree Data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)
Experience
7-10 years Analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approachesAdvanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, quantitative analysis & research (Required)
