Together, we won’t stop! Job OverviewThe Subscriber Protection team is looking for a dynamic leader who combines vision, strategy, analytical competence, customer advocacy, and execution expertise.In this role, you will envision and strategize security products that align with T-Mobile's customer-first priorities. You will identify customer problems, assess technical feasibility, and align these insights with business goals. You will conduct thorough market research to inform product development and strategy, generate product requirements, determine specifications, and define long-term strategies. You will also develop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining the vision and direction for products, support and drive end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring coordination of all aspects of product development.As part of the Subscriber Protection team, you will focus on protecting customers across the network, including in-app, web, voice, and messaging experiences. You will develop and implement large-scale security solutions to safeguard customer interactions and data, stay updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, and devise proactive measures to mitigate risks. You will work in coordination with the Principal Product Manager to develop and implement a cohesive vision for consumer security products at T-Mobile.The ideal candidate possesses curiosity, customer empathy, critical thinking abilities, strong analytical skills, and shown leadership capabilities to inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards common goals. Adaptability is crucial in this dynamic environment where no two days are the same. A passion for solving security problems at a large scale and protecting customer interactions across various platforms is crucial.

Responsibilities + Skills

Product Lifecycle Management Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives. (Required)Proven track record to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.Shown success in directing matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams.Agile Project Management Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.Advanced writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.

Education

7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience.
