Job Description

The Program Assistant/Schedule Deputy will provide high-level administrative support within the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). This position supports the associate head of undergraduate programs, associate directors, assistant director, and academic advisors, as well as serves as receptionist to assist the student population of around 2000. This position will also serve as Schedule Deputy for the department as well as a data steward for compiling and maintaining various school metrics for internal and external reporting needs regarding the Undergraduate Advising Office.Who We AreEstablished in 1888, The Elmore Family School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) is the largest School at Purdue.
