Job Description

As a Visual Stylist, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining visually appealing displays in a retail or related setting. Your goal is to attract and engage customers by creating an enticing and cohesive visual experience that aligns with the brand's image and values.What you'll doConsistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.Curate and arrange products, props, and promotional materials to create visually appealing displays that tell a story or convey a theme.Develop creative concepts for window displays, in-store setups, and promotional campaigns. Ensure that the design elements align with the brand's identity and messaging.Collaborate with the store or department manager to determine the layout and flow of merchandise, taking into consideration traffic patterns and customer behavior.Follow and enforce the brand's visual merchandising guidelines and standards to maintain consistency in all displays.Set up and maintain displays, including changing out seasonal or promotional displays as needed. Ensure that displays are clean, organized, and well-maintained.Enhance customer experience using all omni-channel offerings.Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
