Job Description
The New Branch/De Novo Branch Manager SAFE Act is a senior management professional responsible driving the growth of a new branch (De Novo) through proactive business development activity and community engagement. Providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in order to drive business growth, acquire new relationships, grow the book of business, ensure a culture of world-class customer experience and foster community engagement in a newly opened Branch (De Novo). The overall objective of this role is to lead a world class team, grow balances, build customer loyalty, collaborate with key partners across Wealth, Lending, Business Banking and Community Engagement and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives.Responsibilities:Develop sales plans and drive production goals, including building referral network and relationships with internal partners and external contactsCreate an environment through activity-based coaching and performance development and implement/execute coaching plan to develop employee’s skill set to achieve individual/branch goalsDevelop and execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies that are aligned with the Retail Bank's priorities, execute business plan to achieve expected goals in all business categoriesSupport portfolio growth by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and increase client acquisition and ensure clients receive optimal service and monitor/adhere to operational controlsCollaborate with branch partners to successfully achieve goals, build customer relationship and deliver customer serviceDevelop a Center of Influence (COI) network by engaging in business networking and community activities. Actively represent Citibank in the community, create local community awareness that the bank is critically focused on partnering in the community and providing multi-product banking solutions to our clients. Maintain frequent interaction with COIs, community leaders and senior business contacts, with the goal of developing consistent business referral that will contribute to market share growth.
