The ideal candidate possesses a mechanical and technical background, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role is also responsible for coaching and developing the maintenance and site team members on processes, priorities that support performance, safety, people engagement, quality, food safety, cost, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in engineering, business, supply chain, or similar fieldExperience with systems relating to automation: WMS, SAP, CMMS, OEM UI/HMI, Power AppsHigh level of analytical skills, ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, and accurately assess impacts
