In this role, you’ll support Fidelity’s customers over the phone with a broad range of service needs while preparing for a future engaging inactive and active 401(k) participants introducing them to our services and guiding through their available options. What to expect…In your first year as a new Workplace Planning and Advice Associate, you’ll be supported by a group of leaders, coaches, mentors, and experienced associates as you go through licensing, development, and career progression. Obtain Licenses: Our industry-leading and paid licensing program will prepare you to become a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Fidelity will not only sponsor you through your licensing journey, but will also provide layers of support through licensing coaches, group and individualized study plans, and review classes. Build and Solidify Skills: You will be supported in learning the business while building skills in Fidelity’s Relationship Model, our planning culture and how best to leverage technology to help our customers. You also have dedicated time each week to develop new skills and to connect and refuel – by networking with colleagues, taking online classes, and more! Once you complete onboarding, you will be equipped to help customers across both the workplace and individual Fidelity accounts, helping them make the steps most important to their long-term financial success.
