Sergievsky Center is seeking an administrative coordinator to provide general administrative support to the Co-Director and the Director of the Center of Statistical Genetics. Under the supervision of these two leads, the incumbent will coordinate specific administrative tasks for ongoing projects and operations. ResponsibilitiesWorks with the two leads to update and maintain calendars.Coordinate event logistics, which include daily/weekly/monthly meetings, conferences, travel arrangements and registrations.Prepare travel reimbursements and provide backup documentation.Prepares correspondence, reports, forms, vouchers, work orders, and specialized documents related to the activities from drafts, notes, brief instructions; proofreads materials for accuracy, completeness, compliance with departmental policies, formatting, and correct English usage, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.Performs difficult, complex, technical, and/or specialized office support work, which requires the exercise of independent judgment, the application of technical skills, and detailed knowledge of the activities and procedures specific to the department.
